Hi, I’m Anthony. Like most homeowners, I bought my first house full of hope, excited to create stability for my family.
What I didn’t expect?

Then came the second wave:
I bought what I thought was a turnkey rental… only to be blocked by HOA restrictions.
That setback sparked a bold pivot: turning the property into a professional-grade recording studio.
What started as a $20K project ballooned into $45K across six months, with specialty soundproofing, electrical redesign, and contractor frustration at every step.
These weren’t just expensive projects.

In my day job, I’ve spent years managing multimillion-dollar healthcare projects, designing systems, solving problems across departments, and improving overall processes.
But none of that stopped the chaos when my own house turned into a construction site.
