12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

  • Before legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any posted disclaimers represent the entire agreement between you and Homes Built Stronger regarding the Services.
